TRAP SILICON — LEGAL

REFUND &
CANCELLATION

WORKING DRAFT · v0.1 · PENDING FINAL LEGAL REVIEW · NOT YET IN EFFECT
LAST UPDATED: August 2026  ·  OPERATOR: TRAP SILICON

How cancellations and refunds work for CTRL — and where to find the terms for our services.

This is a working draft. It is written in plain language to show how Trap Silicon intends to operate, and it is being finalized with qualified California counsel. It is not yet in effect and is not legal advice. The binding version will be the one signed or posted after legal review. Questions: admin@trapsilicon.com.

01CTRL subscriptions — cancel anytime

You can cancel a CTRL subscription at any time; cancellation stops all future renewals. Your access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Cancel from your account or by emailing admin@trapsilicon.com — no call, no retention gauntlet.

02The 7-day refund

Within seven days of your configuration being delivered, email us the word REFUND and we’ll refund your most recent payment in full — no questions, no conditions. Your license key is deactivated on refund. One refund per customer, lifetime. Annual plans are fully refundable in that same seven-day window; after it, the annual term is non-refundable but won’t auto-renew if you’ve cancelled.

03Wrong or double charges

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, contact us and we’ll refund the incorrect charge promptly.

04Before you dispute a charge

If something looks wrong, please contact us first — we resolve most issues within a couple of days. A chargeback started without contacting us doesn’t erase what’s owed, and any pre-payment license stays suspended while a charged-back amount is unpaid.

05Services are different

This policy covers the CTRL subscription. Our professional services — the Session, Demo, Lockout, Run, Residency, and Stash — aren’t covered here; each carries its own guarantee, written into your Statement of Work and the Terms of Engagement.
